Business Application

Thank you for your interest in committing to be a host for this year's St. Johns Art Walk! Our event relies on the commitment of business locations, so your involvement is greatly appreciated. Please fill out this form so we can utilize your information in organizing the Art Walk.

Application Requirements:

  • Businesses must be on Lombard between New York and Richmond

  • If an artist/creator is invited to the art walk by a participating business and you wish to be paired together, there will be opportunity to make note of that in the application.

  • We are asking for a $30 donation for printing & marketing costs, due by June 15th. Once we accept your application, we'll send you payment details. 

  • Your information will be included in marketing for the event.

  • You may specifically invite artists, but they still must fill out an artist/creator application form and pay the $20 accepted applicant fee. We will collect the fee when their application is approved.

  • Please upload 3 images that represent your business at the end of the form.

Timeline

April 13: artist and business applications open

May 25: applications due

June 1: acceptance notifications sent out

June 15: booth payments due
